Job Summary
Second-shift Molder responsible for accurately mixing liquid resin, pouring into heated molds and inspecting finished product. Duties include set-up, mix, mold, assemble, and inspect molded products; prepare molds, inserts, and hardware; mold according to process sheets/work instructions; remove products from molds; troubleshoot quality defects and adjust; clean mold surfaces; verify products meet visual specifications; follow procedures and quality instructions. Requires ability to follow process instructions, attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; 4-day work week with 2:30pm-12:30am schedule and occasional Friday OT. Required Qualifications
- Experience in molding or related industry preferred
- General machine operation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to follow written procedures and quality specifications
