Mold Utility D-Shift

Conduct dimensional, functional testing, and visual quality checks on molded products while accurately completing required documentation. Communicate non-conforming materials to the quality group and manage line clearances before and after production runs. Transport in-process and finished materials using hand, tallyho, or forklift to maintain production flow, and cycle count inventory to investigate discrepancies. Perform preventative maintenance duties, organize warehouse stock locations, and ensure proper containment of rejected goods. Participate in continuous improvement teams, including 5S initiatives and shift start-ups, while maintaining a clean workplace environment.
