Job Summary
Hands-on Mold Technician in Gardner, MA responsible for monitoring injection molding machines, troubleshooting equipment, adjusting processing parameters, performing machine startups/shutdowns and changeovers, completing preventive maintenance, restoring equipment to operational condition to minimize downtime, maintaining documentation on machine performance and maintenance, and collaborating with supervisors, production personnel, and maintenance teams to meet production needs and ensure safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working with injection molding machines
- Knowledge of basic injection molding processing and machine operation
- Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and perform minor mechanical repairs
- Ability to work onsite on 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
