Mold Technician- 2nd Shift

Job Summary
The Mold Technician will be responsible for installing injection molds into molding machines, verifying set-up conditions, and ensuring the material is ready for production. Duties include processing material according to specifications, troubleshooting molding problems, and interacting with tooling and engineering for corrections. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with good communication skills and hand measurement tools proficiency. Three years of experience as a mold set-up technician is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use basic hand measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauge pins, etc.)
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
- Three (3) years as a mold set-up technician
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with medical devices and cleanroom environments
- Knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 & 9001:2015 and Good Documentation Practices
- Knowledge of Paulsons Injection Molding practices
