Job Summary
Set molds on injection molding machines and install auxiliary equipment such as drill presses and dryers to meet production schedules. Operate hoists safely, configure water lines, die heights, and hot runner controllers, and read product drawings to ensure proper setup. Troubleshoot processing issues, verify quality using available equipment, and complete all paperwork timely. Maintain an organized, clean production area and report safety, quality, or machine issues to supervision immediately. Must possess crane and lift truck training, follow all safety procedures, and demonstrate the ability to work independently while multitasking. Previous plastics injection molding experience is preferred.
