Job Summary
Mold Technician on the 3rd shift focused on machine set-up and mold readiness for scheduled production. Responsible for preparing molds, changing inserts and date codes, verifying dimensions and patterns, setting temperatures and mold protection, and troubleshooting molding machines to ensure high-quality parts. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain quality and efficiency, with emphasis on safe handling of equipment and tools, reading instructions, and manual tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires practical mold setup/maintenance experience, familiarity with different molds and molding machines, strong troubleshooting abilities, and clear technical communication.
