Mold Set-Up Technician

Pull and set injection mold tools using overhead cranes and magnetic platens, then select and load new programs in IMM while manipulating the IMM Robot. Safely change EOATs, make adjustments, and complete color changes within established scrap guidelines. Maintain injection mold tools by performing timely preventive maintenance and ensuring proper material levels at the IMM. Operate all auxiliary equipment and fill out required process paperwork daily.
