Mold Set Up Team Member - 2nd Shift

Mold Set Up Team Member on 2nd shift responsible for changing molds/tools per production schedule, verifying mold and process functionality, reporting abnormalities, and ensuring part quality. Performs milling, turning, drilling, deburring, molding, and bench operations; assists with color changes; troubleshoots part abnormalities; conducts tool end-of-arm tooling repairs; ensures machine/support equipment setup; participates in quality inspections (first/middle/last) and supports standardized work, training, scheduling, and meeting customer output requirements. Contributes to production efficiency through training and cost control initiatives and leads elements of the S philosophy for TGTX; identifies tasks and develops appropriate actions to achieve business objectives.
