Mold Making Technician & Repair (2 positions)

Job Summary
Operate CNC milling, HSM, EDM, wire cut, grinding, CMM, and laser welding machines to manufacture mold tool components per Work Instructions and Quality Instructions. Coordinate with teams’ leader to prioritize repair tasks and fabricate new spare parts. Maintain safety, process flow, and ISO-aligned procedures; support KPI tracking, utilization and man-hours analysis; participate in 14Q activities, safety and LPC line walks; assist internal/external audits to ensure ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 compliance. Requires 5+ years in Tool & Die, molding tools, spare parts & jig fixture manufacturing; proficient in CNC milling, Laser Welding, Wire EDM, and reading mechanical drawings. Proficiency in 3CAD NX, VISI, SolidWorks, Inventor, and measurement instruments is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in Machine Tool Technology, specializing in Tool and Die & Injection Molding
- Basic English (spoken and written)
- 5+ years experience in Tool & Die, Molding tools, spare parts & jig fixture manufacturing
- Ability to operate CNC milling, Laser Welding, Wire cut, EDM forming
- Understanding mechanical drawing
- Ability to use 3CAD NX, VISI, Solid Work, Inventor
- Ability to use measurement instrument
