Mold Maintenance Technician

Assemble and disassemble molds following work instructions and blueprints, performing overhauls and parts fitting to maintain injection mold components. Conduct quality assurance checks on all fabricated tooling and prepare documentation including tooling work orders and inspection reports. Maintain a clean work area and equipment while ensuring all activities comply with OSHA guidelines and safety rules. Communicate verbally and written with other departments regarding mold activities and enforce proper guidelines for maintenance associates. Requires a two-year Machine Tool Technology degree or one to three years of injection mold maintenance experience, plus fine motor skills and ability to lift and carry parts.
