Job Summary
Perform cosmetic and structural repairs on fiberglass molds, ranging from small surface fixes to large refurbishments. Execute routine upkeep by cleaning, waxing, buffing, and prepping surfaces to ensure proper release and defect-free finishes. Conduct regular inspections to identify cracks, delamination, warping, or structural degradation while maintaining mold floor textures and gelcoat surfaces. Alter molds to fit production needs and participate in building new molds from scratch for product development and fleet expansion. Work full-time, on-site in Seminole, OK, earning $20.75-$21.91.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working with power tools and pneumatic tools preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Autobody or fiberglass experience is preferred
