Mold Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate mold projects from start to finish, generating estimates and managing insurance approvals to keep work moving. Communicate with homeowners throughout the remediation process, providing updates and answering questions while coordinating scheduling between technicians, internal teams, and subcontractors. Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking reports, and approvals, ensuring files remain compliant with company and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delays or outstanding items, assisting with budgeting and scope monitoring as needed. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in an in-office setting within Dry Force's Mold & Asbestos Department.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance representatives, contractors, and internal teams
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer applications
- Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in restoration, construction, environmental services, or project coordination
- Xactimate Level 1 Certification
- willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of employment
