Job Summary
Perform mold and press set up activities, including changeovers, die installation, and version changes. Troubleshoot issues related to mold and machine functions to improve uptime and optimize efficiency. Document process parameters and follow detailed safety standards while participating in continuous improvement and 5S activities. Complete required trainings on Paulson, Systematic I, EAM, and crane operations. Assist Process Techs and Maintenance in production support, vacation coverage, and overtime changeover needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to complete required trainings: Paulson, Systematic I, EAM, and crane
- Ability to complete all safety and company compliance training on time and according to schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to work overtime
