Job Summary
Mold Attendant responsible for the efficient and safe operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of injection molds in the manufacturing facility, including monitoring machines, performing mold changes, inspecting molded parts for defects, cleaning and maintaining molds, loading raw materials, troubleshooting basic issues, documenting production activities, and adhering to GMP and safety protocols while collaborating with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with injection molding or similar equipment
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
- Ability to read and understand technical instructions and safety guidelines
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as required
