Job Summary
Mohs Surgeon needed for Washington DC Metro in a large, physician-led dermatology group. Fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon will join a team with MAs acting as scribes, autonomy in clinical practice within accepted standards of care, and access to support from HR, IT, billing, marketing, managed care, and enrollment teams. The practice uses EMA by Modernizing Medicine, with marketing support to grow online presence, and a production-based compensation model with an income guarantee. Benefits include CME allowance, paid malpractice insurance, 401K, and deferred compensation. The role emphasizes surgical Mohs procedures, patient care within a comprehensive dermatology system, and collaborative care with a dedicated support structure.
Required Qualifications
- Fellowship-Trained Mohs Surgeon
- Dermatology/Mohs board certification viewed as preferred
- strong surgical skills in Mohs micrographic surgery
- ability to practice within standard of care
- experience in a large physician-led dermatology group is a plus
