Job Summary
Module Process Engineer to lead complex process optimization for HVPs across Wuxi and Shanghai sites, engaging with customers during development, transfer, ramp and high-volume manufacturing to understand the impact of unit process steps on fab KPIs. Drive improvements in defect/variability, COO, PM/Cpk/output, and pursue CIP opportunities to enhance tool performance and CSA value. Collaborates with field teams (FSO, TSE, etc.) to meet CSA performance and gross-margin objectives; performs root cause analysis and FV troubleshooting, captures learnings in the FV knowledge base, and develops new best-known-methods (BKM) for distribution to SBU/BU. Supports escalation resolution and opportunities for CSA renewal/upsell. Requires depth/breadth of expertise in DDP/ETCH, and willingness to cross-train across modules; leadership capabilities to guide teams or projects; and fluency in Korean (verbal and written).
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean (verbal and written)
- 10+ years experience in DDP/ETCh domain
- Strong analytical and root-cause troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and customer engagements
- Full professional proficiency in English and Korean
