Job Summary
Lead and solve customer high-value process issues across development, transfer, ramp and HVM for tools in the fab, with responsibilities that include assessing unit process steps’ impact on yield, output and cost; drive defect/variability/CPO reduction and process capability (Cpk) optimization; participate in new application/product introductions to capture learnings and maximize service opportunities; identify CIP opportunities to improve tool performance; collaborate with customers and field teams (FSO, TSE) to meet KPI and gross margin goals; resolve complex tool issues using analytics and FV troubleshooting; capture learnings in the FV knowledge base to develop new best practices and communicate to SBU/BU; support escalation resolution and CSA renewal/upsell/penetration; cross-module learning in DDP/ETCH to broaden expertise; travel 50% and work across Wuxi or Shanghai locations; Korean language proficiency required for communication with customers; relocation eligible.” ,
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean (verbal and written)
- Specialized depth/breadth of expertise in DDP/ETCH
- Willingness to travel ~50% of the time (Travel: Yes, 50% of the Time)
- Ability to lead functional teams or projects
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
