Job Summary
Senior Module Process Engineer (MDP) for FabVantage Consulting at Applied Materials, based on-site at the Co. Kildare campus. Responsible for supporting 300mm semiconductor wafer processing in high-volume manufacturing, troubleshooting hardware and process issues using DoEs, FDC, and analytics, engaging with customers to interpret needs and identify opportunities for service engagement, and collaborating with service teams to meet performance KPIs and service entitlements. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering (or comparable) and 7-10 years of semiconductor experience, with deep knowledge of 300mm PVD processes and tools, strong problem solving, and cross-functional teamwork. Travel up to 20% and full-time employment. Relocation not offered. Strong emphasis on data-driven methodologies, on-site optimization, and transfer of service products to customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable
- 7-10 years of experience in semiconductors
- In-depth knowledge of 300mm PVD process and tools
