Job Summary
Module Process Engineer to support 300mm semiconductor wafer processing in high-volume manufacturing on-site at Leixlip, Ireland. FabVantage Module Process Engineers utilize data-driven methodologies to troubleshoot hardware and process issues, engage with customers to understand needs, and identify opportunities for on-site optimization and transfer of service products. Responsibilities include collaborating with customer and Field Service Organization to meet KPIs, performing systematic troubleshooting (DoEs, FDC, analytics), and working with service and products teams to deliver service improvements and driver for optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or comparable
- 5-7 years of experience in semiconductors
- In-depth knowledge of 300mm ALD process and tools
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices
- Cross-functional teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Travel: up to 20%
