Job Summary
Module Lead responsible for designing and delivering BI/automation solutions using Power Platform, Angular/.NET/NodeJS full-stack technologies, and Azure/O365. You will work with a high-performing development team to solve business problems, design and develop bots/agents with Power Platform, build SharePoint Online integrations, and ensure code quality through design patterns, testing, and CI/CD. The role requires hands-on development across Power Platform components, web technologies, and cloud platforms, with SAFe Agile practices, stakeholder collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers. You will contribute to solution architecture, implement Gen AI/LLM-enabled capabilities, participate in releases, and ensure security/compliance standards are met. Flexible to coordinate work across India/UK business hours and drive continuous improvement across the team's delivery.”,
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering or computer science (MSc/MTech preferred)
- 5+ years hands-on experience in application development using Power Platform and full stack development
- At least 2 years of design, development, testing and deployment using Power Platform
- Strong experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Canvas apps, model-driven apps, flows)
- Experience with Angular, .NET, NodeJS or similar client-side technologies
- Experience with SharePoint Online and backend cloud integrations
- Experience with Generative AI models and frameworks (Gen AI) and Power Platform bots/agents (desirable)
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Azure/A365, SQL Server, DevOps tools (ADO, GitHub)
- Experience with Release Orchestration tools and CI/CD
- Understanding of security/compliance in solutions
- Test-driven development and ALM familiarity
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience mentoring junior team members
