Job Summary
Module Lead responsible for end-to-end development and delivery of complex applications/modules using Microsoft stack, ensuring adherence to coding standards, SAFe Agile practices, and collaboration with internal/external teams. Responsibilities include independent development with minimal supervision, improving code quality, designing and building Web apps (C#, MVC, NodeJS, Angular), REST/WCF services, ORM-based data access, SQL Server design, CI/CD automation, release orchestration, and automation via PowerShell. Must possess strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work across India/UK business hours; able to mentor a team of senior developers and align with DevOps, ALM, and SAFe methodologies. Educational background requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 5+ years’ hands-on Microsoft stack experience; additional exposure to iPaaS, cloud (Azure), O365, and RAD tools is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Hands-on experience of more than 5 years in application development using Microsoft stack
- At least 2 years of iPaaS/API integration experience (Jitterbit)
- Proficient in writing performant and complex SQL queries
- Experience with NoSQL data management solutions
- Experience in full stack development
- Knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies
- Experience with .NET technologies C# 6.0 or higher, MVC, WCF
- Experience with O365 suite and Azure
- Experience with CI/CD and automated testing
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with solution architects
- Experience with design patterns (Factory, Abstract Factory, Strategy, etc.) and Dependency Injection/IoC
- Experience with Release Orchestration tools and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with REST/WCF Web Services and RAD/ORM
- Experience with DevOps concepts and deployment pipelines
- Experience with testing frameworks and TDD preferred
- Experience with SharePoint Online development
