Job Summary
Plan assembly process flows to minimize product cost through design and process optimization. Define equipment specifications, manage manufacturing cell setup and release, and formulate technical reports by analyzing performance trends. Conduct problem-solving methodologies for assembly processes, develop troubleshooting guides, and establish corrective and preventive action plans. Continuously strive for higher sustainable OEE, FPY, MTTR, and MTBF while participating in system CIP for value disposition. Evaluate technical capacity against customer demands and lead team efforts toward operational excellence within the Value Stream Organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working of experience in related field
- At least 2 years of practical experience in assembly process in term of Line setup, Process Planning, PFMEA and Control Plan creation
- Adequate knowledge in PFMEAs, Control Plan, Production Systems, and box-build assembly processes
- Ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written with all levels of employees
- Good decision-making strength, problems solving and result oriented
