Job Summary
Lead a team of module development engineers to develop, implement, and transfer advanced technology solutions for wafer processing, assembly/test, and module repair factories. Define and oversee technology roadmaps ensuring alignment with strategic goals, while managing resources and fostering cross-functional collaboration with integration, device, and yield engineering teams. Partner with supplier executive management to nurture industry innovations and coach engineering teams in pathfinding and technology road mapping. Drive team results by setting clear goals, performance benchmarks, and maintaining accountability across organizational boundaries. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's with 4+ years, and involves an on-site presence in Hillsboro, Oregon.
