Modular Construction Project Manager

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, for modular construction projects. Collaborate with design teams to ensure module designs meet project requirements and are optimized for fabrication and assembly. Manage relationships with module manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of modules to site. Oversee site preparation, module delivery, and assembly, ensuring that modules are installed correctly and safely. Ensure that modules meet quality standards, and defects are identified and addressed promptly. Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that project requirements are met and expectations are managed. Identify and mitigate risks associated with modular construction projects, including logistics, transportation, and assembly. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related field, with 3+ years of experience in construction project management. Located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, for a 3 to 6 month contract.
