Modernization Sales Executive

Job Summary
Sell modernization contracts and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure modernization jobs are completed profitably and branch revenue goals are met. Manage key customers in the DC market, create quoting and bidding packages from blueprints, review specifications with operations for completeness and profitability, present bids to customers highlighting construction, performance, durability, and appearance factors, conduct follow-up on proposals, coordinate submittal packages through approvals, create change orders as needed, engage in project management, and visit project sites to ensure customer needs and deadlines are met. The role emphasizes independence, creativity, and initiative with strong emphasis on customer relationships, sales ability, and planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Valid driver's license
