Job Summary
Lead partner modernization initiatives by coordinating transitions from legacy systems to the ConnectWise platform, scheduling meetings, defining requirements, and managing timelines and budgets. Facilitate project kickoffs, readiness reviews, and checkpoints while monitoring progress, identifying risks, and allocating resources to ensure on-time delivery. Generate status reports for stakeholders, document outcomes, and support structured handoffs to the Partner Success Team for value realization. Collaborate with Software Consultants, Technical Services Specialists, and internal teams to align milestones and standardize delivery processes.
