Job Summary
Manage and evolve the Microsoft 365 platform, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Implement and administer modern cloud, security, and endpoint management solutions while supporting cloud migrations, IT modernization projects, and new Microsoft technology introductions. Enforce compliance, security, and governance requirements such as NIS2 and ISO standards. Assist in deploying automation, AI, and Microsoft Copilot solutions. Continuously optimize the IT landscape and document processes. Collaborate on national and international IT projects with diverse stakeholders. The role is based in Oberkotzau, Bavaria, for our sister company, Gamma Communication GmbH.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrfjährige Erfahrung im Microsoft-365-, Cloud- oder Modern-Workplace-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune und Azure
- Erfahrung mit Identity & Access Management, Security- und Compliance-Themen
- Kenntnisse moderner Sicherheitskonzepte sowie Cloud- und Transformationsprojekte
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
