Job Summary
Conduct solution architecture, presales support, and customer presentations for endpoint management and virtual desktop transformation opportunities. Design, implement, and optimize Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager, Windows Autopilot, and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions across enterprise, government, and regulated industry clients. Lead large-scale workplace programs including mergers, acquisitions, and device migrations, while managing dependencies across identity, network, and security teams. Implement endpoint security controls using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Conditional Access, and produce comprehensive architecture, migration, and operational documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years' experience delivering modern endpoint management, Windows engineering, Intune, SCCM / MECM, virtual desktop, Windows 365, AVD, application packaging or endpoint security solutions
- Consulting or professional services experience with enterprise, government or regulated industry clients
- Exposure to managed services, operational support models and transition-to-run activities
- Australian Citizenship

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager / SCCM
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows 11 SOE
- Strong hands-on experience with endpoint compliance
- Strong hands-on experience with patching and device lifecycle management
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop
- Experience with Windows 365
- Experience with image, provisioning, profile, application delivery and operational support patterns
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID
- Strong understanding of device identity states
- Strong understanding of Conditional Access
- Strong understanding of hybrid join
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra join
- Strong understanding of identity governance
- Strong understanding of access integration with endpoint security
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Experience with endpoint security baselines
- Experience with compliance policies
- Experience with BitLocker
- Experience with attack surface reduction
- Experience with application control
- Experience with endpoint monitoring
- Experience delivering workplace modernisation
- Experience delivering Windows 11 rollout
