Job Summary
Modern Workplace / Information Management Specialist responsible for governance, operation, and continuous improvement of SharePoint-based document management, Notice Management, and related workflows within the NA Tax organization. Focus areas include metadata strategy, retention policies, AI enablement, and cross-functional collaboration; tasks span administration of large SharePoint repositories, NM process ownership, QA for metadata, training and SOP development, and governance across tax operations with supporting tooling (ShareGate, PowerApps, Power Automate). The role emphasizes data accuracy, automation, OpenText transition planning, and stakeholder coordination with GBS, PWC, Ricoh, IT, Legal, and external partners. A Bachelor’s degree and strong experience with SharePoint-based ecosystems, metadata, and workflow optimization are required; salary range provided with potential bonus/benefits.
