Modern Workplace Engineer (Microsoft 365 & Intune)

Job Summary
Design, build, and evolve a global Microsoft 365 and endpoint management environment. Own and optimize Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint management services, drive device management, security policy automation, and lead Autopilot lifecycle and compliance initiatives. Collaborate across IT, Security, and Cloud teams to troubleshoot complex issues and improve global IT services. 5+ years in Modern Workplace/EUC and strong hands-on experience with Intune, M365, and Azure AD (Entra) are required. The role is fully remote with locations in Barcelona (Catalunya, ES) and the UK (England, GB).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT focusing on Modern Workplace / EUC
- Strong experience with Intune, M365, Azure AD (Entra)
- Knowledge of endpoint management, MDM/MAM, security best practices
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable in global environments
