Job Summary
Modern Work Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Microsoft 365 collaboration, including Teams, Teams Voice, and Teams Rooms; deploy and manage Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online; drive adoption and end-user enablement; deliver training and workshops; support Copilot readiness and AI-driven insights; execute deployments and migrations across Microsoft 365 in a hybrid work environment across Cebu and Manila, collaborating with project managers, architects, strategists, and clients to align with Microsoft solution plays and governance best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 workloads
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online
- Basic understanding of Teams Voice
- Experience with collaboration, file sharing, and user enablement
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
