Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 architecture engagements for mid-market and enterprise customers, including discovery, design, deployment, and adoption; design secure, governed M365 tenants enabling enterprise AI readiness and Copilot adoption; serve as the primary technical authority on M365 architecture and AI readiness strategy for IT and business stakeholders; guide engineers and consultants, own rollout sequencing, pilots, change management, training programs, and post-launch enablement; contribute to presales activities, proposals, and statements of work; bring deep expertise in Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, governance, and licensing to drive successful adoption and outcomes.
