Job Summary
Modern Trade Field Executive responsible for driving business growth within a designated territory by developing and managing a strong B2B network and executing impactful B2C engagement strategies. Focus areas include B2B scoping/negotiation, ensuring product visibility/pricing/placement, inventory management, and KPI performance; overseeing touchpoints and field operations; designing consumer engagement activities based on market insights; and developing a comprehensive territory plan to enhance brand visibility and sustainable growth. Requires strategic thinking, negotiation, stakeholder management, data analysis, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced field environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years in sales, trade marketing, or retail operations
