Job Summary
Deliver virtual Modern Standard Arabic language instruction to improve ILR levels (0+ to 3) via DLPT/OPI, develop and deliver blended-learning lessons, assess and provide feedback, collaborate with Site Lead and POI to address curriculum gaps, maintain a positive and professional virtual classroom environment across listening/reading/speaking modalities, review assignments, and tailor materials to student interests and levels as specified by POI and related government-approved products.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Educated native speaker or near-native capability in listening, reading, and speaking with ILR 3/3/3 or equivalent
- Experience in virtual foreign language instruction
- Understanding of cultural, social, and political environment of the language region
- Experience creating blended learning lessons and tailoring materials to customer needs
- Access to Windows computer, webcam, headset with microphone, phone or smart tablet, and high-speed internet
