Job Summary
Modern Apprentice in Early Years at Toad Hall Nursery. 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with 20% off-the-job learning, working toward a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. No prior childcare experience required; full training and support provided. Responsibilities include supporting children with daily routines (meals, playtime, naps, personal care), following safeguarding policies and health & safety guidance, expressing interest in child development, and contributing to a safe, nurturing environment. Benefits include earning £16,765 per annum, EAP, staff referrals, internal progression opportunities, and safeguarding procedures.
