Job Summary

Process and evaluate applications for affordable housing programs, conducting preliminary interviews to determine eligibility and analyzing financial information. Ensure compliance with Moderately Priced Dwelling Unit guidelines by supporting reporting, participating in audits, and maintaining strict confidentiality. Collaborate with developers, property managers, and partner agencies while managing community outreach for workshops. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of affordable housing experience, and ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours. ACDS supports equitable access to housing opportunities through this intake coordination role.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Housing Management, Social Services or a closely related field
  • minimum of three (3) years of experience in affordable housing, program administration, intake coordination, case management, or customer service
  • experience working with databases and spreadsheets
  • strong analytical and organizational skills
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • high attention to detail
  • commitment to ensuring compliance with program requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • overall computer literacy
  • The ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours
