Job Summary
Build independent 3D models to serve as the foundation for price estimation and project planning. Identify costs and risks within construction projects, then develop practical solutions for building and commercial developments. Collaborate early on with the project team regarding construction methods, systems, and innovative techniques. Contribute to the development of the calculation process by applying new technologies. Work on diverse residential and commercial projects across Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Begeisterung für Bauwesen, Technik oder digitales Modellieren
- Sprache Deutsch oder Niederländisch (oder Bereitschaft, es zu lernen)
Desired Qualifications
- Erste Erfahrung mit BIM, Kalkulation oder 3D-Software
