Job Summary

Lead development and performance analysis of programs using virtual analysis workflows and co-simulation tools to meet technical requirements and program timing. Architect, develop, and execute virtual models capable of integrating hardware and software for a wide variety of mechanical systems. Develop and integrate multi-physics simulation tools to calibrate and validate software and hardware, while creating and deploying functional mock-up units for cross-functional teams. Build, run, and correlate rigid and flexible multibody dynamics models to predict loads, damage, motions, and other performance metrics. Work cross-functionally with design, test, materials, and systems teams to improve durability performance and close gaps between requirements, analysis, and validation. Document assumptions, methods, correlation results, and engineering recommendations, then generate clear, concise technical reports and communicate findings to internal teams and customers. Operate effectively in a dynamic environment while driving progress across multidisciplinary teams.
