Job Summary
Lead the development and application of complex models, simulations, tools, and algorithms to identify trends within large-scale data environments. Analyze NGA architectures, systems, requirements, and performance to support current and future GEOINT capabilities. Develop analysis of alternatives, performance trades, and design trade studies to inform technology and mission decisions. Create models supporting the assessment and deployment of new capabilities within NSG architectures and cloud-based environments. Provide technical recommendations based on simulation results to improve mission performance. Assess solutions operating across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and operational needs. Guide and mentor mid-level and junior engineers while supporting strategic initiatives aligned with NGA and NSG objectives. Requires active TS/SCI clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI eligibility and successfully complete a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering Management
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Management Information Systems
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a Related STEM discipline
- Four (4) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Two (2) additional years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degree
- 12+ years of experience modeling large, complex Systems of Systems (SoS)
- 12+ years of experience modeling large, complex Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA)
- 12+ years of experience modeling large, complex Cloud-based, hybrid, or on-premises environments
- Experience developing and utilizing modeling and simulation tools in cloud environments

- 12+ years of Operations Research experience
- Experience performing MS&A on solutions utilizing Cloud-based technologies
- Experience performing MS&A on solutions utilizing Structured and unstructured Big Data
- Experience performing MS&A on solutions utilizing Automation, Augmentation, and Artificial Intelligence (AAI) capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams
- Experience leading complex analytical efforts supporting mission-critical systems
