Job Summary
Modeling & Simulation Analyst needed to support Missile Defense Agency programs with emphasis on HWIL simulation data analysis, CDI activities, Ground Test events, and Flight Tests within the OSF framework. Responsibilities include framework analysis, test data review, verification/validation, Python-based tool development for modeling and data analysis, collaboration across interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring alignment of HWIL architectures and system performance. Requires U.S. Citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 5+ years in M&S or related areas, active Secret clearance, and Python/Linux proficiency. Preference for familiarity with MDA CONOPS, OSF, HWIL architectures, DIS/GTISS adapters, data visualization tools, and cloud/distributed computing concepts.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline from an accredited university
- 5+ years of relevant experience in modeling & simulation, data analysis, systems engineering, or a related technical field
- Active Secret security clearance
- Familiarity with Python scripting for data analysis and automation
- Understanding of Linux-based environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment with Government, Prime Contractor, and Supporting Contractor personnel
