Job Summary
Develop repeat clientele, book VIP reservations, and execute VIP presentations while providing ongoing table maintenance. Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service stations before, during, and after shifts. Deliver amazing hospitality experiences by anticipating guest needs, making knowledgeable suggestions, recording orders, and up-selling when applicable. Assist other associates as needed to meet guest requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and comfort working in swimwear.
