Job Summary
Model Risk Management – Program Management – Associate within JPMorgan Chase’s MRGR COO leads and coordinates the execution of the firm’s model risk management framework. Responsibilities include supporting model risk coverage activities, preparing materials for Risk Committees, leading model review and remediation planning, monitoring and reporting model risk metrics, centrally managing MRGR programs (including CCAR), and coordinating with MRGR policy and product/technology teams to enhance governance and procedures. Requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, ability to synthesize data for senior audiences, and proficiency in Excel in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven project/program management capabilities
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and the Three Lines of Defense model
- Experience working with model risk and/or model development functions
- Proven ability to synthesize data and build commentary for senior audiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Degree in analytical field preferred (Business/Finance, Engineering, Mathematics)
