Job Summary
Deliver food and beverages to pool areas, VIP sections, and bar guests while maintaining quality standards and friendly service. Read kitchen prep tickets, plate items, and ensure orders are complete and accurate. Assist servers with order placement and inspect food quality before delivery. Maintain cleanliness in kitchen expedition areas, keep workspaces free of hazards, and resolve guest issues by alerting supervisors. Comply with all regulatory requirements, including Nevada Gaming License and Health Card standards. Work flexible shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Nevada Gaming License
- Health Card
- Ability to withstand extreme sun & heat, cold, and inclement weather for long periods of time throughout the day
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to push and pull ≤150 pounds
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying degrees of temperatures and a variety of elemental conditions
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Desired Qualifications
- At least six months of experience working in hospitality and/or food and beverage preferred
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate
