Job Summary
Assemble and glue models using BrickBuilder computer files, prototype models, and building instructions while installing internal steel and components. Repair or reconstruct existing models, assist with model setup in the shop or on location, and pack, ship, and receive bricks and models. Participate in the creation of digital content and time-lapse videos. Work independently and on teams to demonstrate collaborative problem-solving skills, communicating project status with the Project Manager and Design members. This fully on-site role in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, supports marketing and sales initiatives by crafting LEGO displays ranging from handheld pieces to life-sized vehicles.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office portfolio
- Ability to learn and use additional software applications as needed
- Demonstrated Knowledge of 2D and 3D software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to communicate project status with Project Manager and Design members
- Three dimensional visualization skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced team and prioritize several projects
- Candidates offered positions with high engagement with children are required to take part in Child Safeguarding Background Screening, as a condition of the offer
