Job Summary
Define and maintain MBSE projects in Cameo Systems Modeler, developing SysML models, diagrams, and simulations to support a System of Systems digital engineering approach. Collaborate with multiple contractors to integrate model inputs into source models, develop baseline architecture models, and document interfaces and standards. Facilitate technical and programmatic information exchange by participating in Working Groups, IPTs, and formal reviews while developing technical roadmaps and reference architectures. Coordinate with government and contractor stakeholders to support the integration, testing, and deployment of advanced capabilities for the Department of the Air Force. This role requires a Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, 8+ years of experience, and proficiency in Systems Engineering tools like DOORS and Jira.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of prior relevant experience
- Master's degree
- 6+ years of prior relevant experience
- Minimum of a Secret clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance
- Demonstrable knowledge in Systems Engineering modeling tools (e.g. DOORS and Cameo)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of system integration activities
- Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience
- Familiarity with Cloud and Edge Computing
- Familiarity with Networks
- Familiarity with Tactical Communications
- Familiarity with Data Management
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity
- Familiarity with C4ISR systems integration
- Demonstrated experience with Agile program execution
- Experience with agile tools (e.g. Jira and Confluence)
Desired Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Prior experience with development descriptive models for network architecture
- Prior experience developing Cameo model validation scripts
- Prior experience support Department of the Air Force programs
- Previous experience working on complex multi-domain systems
- Experience with large weapons systems and command and control platforms across the DoD portfolio
