Job Summary
Mod Picker responsible for pulling/packing orders, sorting product, and ensuring delivery of product to distribution areas for packing and shipping; duties include following detailed procedures, using RF scanners, labeling, inventory, and moving finished orders to shipping or staging areas in a Memphis, TN warehouse.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED
- 2+ years of related work experience; preferably in a warehouse/distribution/manufacturing environment and ability to work in a team environment
- Use of handheld RF Scanner experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products, manually and/or using industrial powered equipment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- General problem solving/analysis capabilities and possesses an attention to detail
- Warehouse Management Systems software experience helpful
- PC literate (MS Office) preferred
