Mod Engineer (FDE)

Forward Deployed Engineer at Kyndryl who blends engineering, consulting, and enterprise AI deployment. Partner with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into high-quality, production-ready AI solutions using agentic architectures. Responsibilities include rapid prototyping of custom AI solutions, end-to-end ownership from scoping to production, performance optimization, field intelligence, and continuous learning. Must be proficient in Python (or similar languages), familiar with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and experienced with multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, cloud platforms, and distributed systems. Willingness to travel and work on customer premises as required; role supports hybrid work and often involves on-site collaboration with customer teams. Education: degree-level qualification in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience; growth-focused environment with opportunities across AI platforms.
