Job Summary
Coordinate timely staffing and seamless onboarding of team members while ensuring production readiness and operations reporting. Manage technology and work environment readiness by coordinating with TWE leads on desktops, laptops, and workspace setup. Support client visits and RFI/RFP responses to showcase capabilities, while assisting in knowledge transfer and capacity planning processes. Lead end-to-end transitions into new locations by program managing recruiting, workplace setup, IT deployment, and business continuity planning. Apply traditional or Agile practices to support underlying programs, with occasional rotational shift requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 15 to 20 years of experience
- Over 8 years of working experience
- 5 year of experience in the field of transition
- Any Graduation
- Knowledge of 1 or more domains
- Ability to work with SMEs to build solution across offerings
- Establish & operate PMO processes in an Accenture engagement context
- Apply traditional or Agile / Scaled Agile practices
- Any Graduation
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
