Job Summary
Mobilization Associate Manager responsible for staffing and onboarding, production readiness and operations reporting, technology and work environment readiness coordination, client visits, and knowledge transfer. Supports multiple domains including Compliance as a Service (Know Your Customer, Anti Money Laundering) and Finance & Accounting (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A) with potential procurement and supply chain scope. Requires ability to work with SMEs to architect solutions, establish PMO processes within Accenture engagements, and apply traditional or Agile/Scaled Agile practices. Includes end-to-end transition support such as recruiting, workplace setup, IT deployment, BCP, and service management readiness for new deals in India. Also emphasizes client relationship development, analytical thinking, multi-tasking, and leadership of medium-small teams or work efforts in client or delivery contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Over 8 years of working experience
- 5 year of experience in the field of transition
- Staffing & On boarding coordination
- Production Readiness & Operations Reporting
- Technology & Work Environment Readiness coordination
- Client Visits support (RFI/RFP)
- Knowledge transfer assistance
- Capacity Planning assistance
- Operational Excellence process documentation
- End-to-end transition management (pulling transitions into India)
- Ability to work with SMEs to build solutions
- Experience in Agile/Scaled Agile practices
