Job Summary
Mobility Technician in Acute Care Therapy providing direct patient mobility assistance, ADL support, and transfers under RN delegation; performs assessments, documents FIM and quality indicators, and conducts procedures such as EKGs, bladder scans, and blood draws as delegated. Requires CNA license, BLS, and strong transfer techniques; schedule is variable part-time, Day Shift, with 16 hours per pay period, at Shady Grove Medical Center in Rockville, MD.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Active Maryland CNA license
- Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Prior experience with FIM and quality indicator knowledge and application
- Knowledge and application of transfer techniques
